    For the past 15+ years, I’ve supported startup founders and entrepreneurs in software, healthcare, venture capital, and law, helping them stay organized and grow strategically as a virtual assistant and online business manager.

  • I offer a mix of administrative support, operations management, and digital marketing systems. That includes CRM setup, sales funnel buildout, client onboarding automations, and day-to-day backend organization.
    If you're a solopreneur or small team, I can help you get out of the weeds so you can focus on income-generating work.

  • I offer retainer-based pricing (no rigid packages) so you pay for exactly what you need—based on time, not tasks. Rates are billed in 15-minute increments with a live time-tracking sheet so you always know what’s been done.

    Most clients start with a 20-hour monthly retainer and scale up as needed. This approach offers flexibility as your priorities shift.

  • You’ll work one-on-one with me—no subcontractors, no outsourcing. I handle everything myself to ensure your business receives my full focus and care. I only work with 4–6 clients at a time to maintain high-quality, personalized support.

  • After your first invoice is paid, we’ll schedule a 60-minute onboarding call to align on your goals, current bottlenecks, and what success looks like for you. From there, we’ll check in weekly and use Trello to keep tasks out of your inbox and everything running smoothly.

  • Absolutely. If you already have a VA or assistant, I’m happy to train them on the systems and processes I build—so your team stays aligned and efficient without adding more hours to your retainer.

  • Once we’ve started working together, I don’t offer refunds—unless I need to cancel our agreement. In that case, I’ll refund any remaining balance within one business day. If you cancel, any unused hours are forfeited. I always ensure all deliverables are transferred to you before we part ways.

  • I’m a U.S.-based virtual assistant and OBM, working from sunny Long Beach, California. I serve clients across multiple time zones and make sure our communication stays smooth and efficient.

  • Yes! I’m happy to provide a list of past clients who can share what it’s like to work with me.

  • A virtual assistant (VA) handles tasks like scheduling, email management, and light marketing support. An online business manager (OBM) goes a step further—managing operations, streamlining systems, and driving strategic growth. I bring both skill sets to the table.

  • By taking repetitive or backend tasks off your plate, a virtual assistant frees you up to focus on high-level work like client delivery, marketing, and growth. From setting up automations to managing leads, I help you scale smarter.

  • I work with tools like Trello, Dubsado, Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, WIX, and more. If you’re already using a system, I can jump in. If not, I’ll help you choose the best ones.

  • I primarily work on a retainer basis but occasionally take on project-based work for things like website builds, Dubsado setups, or launch support. Let’s talk and see what makes sense for your timeline and goals.
