I work primarily on a retainer basis, which means clients prepay for time before work begins. It’s a flexible, low-friction way to start working together. Unlike fixed packages, which assume you know exactly what you’ll need upfront, a retainer adapts as priorities shift, new needs emerge, and the work naturally evolves.

Once the invoice is paid, we begin with a one-hour onboarding call to align on immediate priorities and long-term goals. This ensures the work is focused, strategic, and responsive from day one.

All clients start with a 10-hour retainer. From there, the scope and pace of the work determine whether that remains the right fit or if additional hours are needed. Some clients stay comfortably at 10 hours, while others scale up as their business grows. Retainers renew every 30 days, with the flexibility to adjust hours at any time and no long-term commitments.

Investment begins at $1,000.

Includes biweekly check-in calls, along with a customized project management system to track progress and deliverables. All time is tracked transparently and billed in 15-minute increments, so you pay only for the work you actually use.

Unused hours roll over to the following month, offering flexibility during quieter periods and momentum when larger initiatives arise.

This model keeps billing transparent, ethical, and aligned with how real businesses operate and grow.

And if something falls outside my zone of expertise, I’ll point you to someone in my trusted network so you’re always in good hands.

  • Absolutely. My clients are located across the U.S. and abroad. I use digital tools to manage projects and maintain communication across time zones seamlessly.

  • Most clients notice quick wins within the first two weeks—like smoother workflows and better task clarity. Larger system builds or strategic projects typically take 4–12 weeks to show full results, depending on the complexity and your team’s involvement.
