I work on a retainer because it’s the most effortless and flexible way to support a growing business. Unlike fixed packages, which assume you know exactly what you’ll need upfront, retainers evolve as your needs evolve — allowing for pivots, discoveries, and natural scope expansion beyond the initial build.

Most clients begin with a 10-hour retainer. From there, the pace and complexity of the work determine whether that remains a good fit or if additional hours are needed. Some clients stay comfortably at 10 hours, while others scale up as their needs evolve. Retainers renew every 30 days, and hours can be adjusted at any time, with no long-term commitments.

My pricing starts at $100 per hour. All time is tracked transparently in a shared Google Sheet and billed in 15-minute increments, so you’re only paying for the time actually spent on your business. Unused hours roll over to the next month, giving you flexibility during quieter periods and momentum when larger initiatives arise.

This approach keeps billing ethical, transparent, and aligned with how real businesses operate and grow.

  • Absolutely. My clients are located across the U.S. and abroad. I use digital tools to manage projects and maintain communication across time zones seamlessly.

  • Most clients notice quick wins within the first two weeks—like smoother workflows and better task clarity. Larger system builds or strategic projects typically take 4–12 weeks to show full results, depending on the complexity and your team’s involvement.
