I’ve been in admin support pretty much my whole life—I actually got my start as a receptionist at my dad’s law firm when I was 16.
After college, I jumped into television production and landed on the set of Friends, where I worked as a production assistant, post production coordinator, and eventually as a staff associate producer. It was a wild ride and taught me a ton about managing moving parts and tight deadlines.
Since then, I’ve supported startup founders across a range of industries—software, venture capital, law, healthcare, and finance—helping them stay organized, strategic, and ahead of the game.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and fun fact: I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I also found an affordable and efficient way to digitize the proposal, contract, and invoice process—and I’m excited to offer that to my clients too. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes the onboarding experience smooth from the very start.

I work on a retainer basis rather than offering pre-set packages. This allows us to stay flexible and responsive—no need to box your needs into a one-size-fits-all service. As your priorities shift (and they often do!), we can easily pivot without renegotiating a new package every time.
I price based on time, not specific tasks, which means you’re only paying for the work that’s actually being done. We’ll start by focusing on your most pressing needs, then work our way through the rest as we move forward.
I track my time in 15-minute increments, so you’ll always get a clear and accurate breakdown. Simpler tasks might take just 15–30 minutes, while more technical work is typically scheduled in longer blocks (about 3–4 hours).
You’ll also have access to a live link to your time tracking sheet, so you can check in anytime and see exactly where things stand.

When you become a client, you’ll work directly with me—no middlemen, no outsourcing. I handle everything myself: the design, the coding, the development, and everything in between.
How many clients do you take on at a time?
To make sure each client gets my full attention, I only work with 4 to 6 clients at a time. That way, I can give your project the focus and care it deserves. -
Once you’ve paid your first invoice, you’ll schedule an onboarding call with me. During that call, we’ll do a deep dive into your goals, priorities, and what success looks like for you. By the end of our call, we’ll have a clear game plan and know exactly what to tackle first.
From there, we’ll check in weekly with a 30–60 minute call to keep things moving. Between calls, we’ll use Trello to stay in touch and track progress.
Trello is a simple project management tool that helps us keep everything organized—and out of your inbox. There’s no extra cost for it—I cover that—and I’ll walk you through how to use it during our onboarding call so you feel totally comfortable from the start.

I work with clients who have other VAs on their team who can handle certain tasks therefore not impacting my retainer hours. I can train clients’ other VA team members to maintain systems I’ve put in place.

Once we’ve started working together, I don’t offer refunds—unless I need to cancel our agreement. In that case, I’ll refund any remaining balance within one business day.
If you decide to cancel, any unused hours will be forfeited.
When a project wraps up, I’ll make sure all files and assets I’ve created are transferred to you. You’ll have everything you need to move forward smoothly and confidently. I take pride in being thorough, professional, and easy to work with—start to finish.
