Step 1: Book Your Free Discovery Call
Let’s connect for 30 minutes to explore your business needs, identify gaps, and talk through how I can best support your systems and strategy.

Step 2: Choose Your Retainer
We’ll determine the level of ongoing support you need, then I’ll send over a customized proposal outlining your monthly plan.

Step 3: Make It Official
Once the agreement is signed and your first retainer payment is received, your spot is locked in.

Step 4: Strategy Kickoff Session
We’ll start with a 60-minute strategy session to map out your core priorities, clarify your goals, and outline the systems to get you there.

Step 5: Streamlined Communication
We’ll collaborate inside a shared project management tool (Trello or ClickUp) — so you always know what’s in motion, what’s next, and what’s done.

Step 6: Weekly Check-Ins
Every week, we’ll meet for 30 minutes via Zoom to stay aligned, review progress, and adjust priorities as needed.

Step 7: Asynchronous Support
Between meetings, you can message me inside the PM tool for quick questions, updates, or feedback.

Step 8: Transparent Time Tracking
You’ll have access to a live Google Sheet showing exactly how your hours are used — so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
