I launched my business back in 2007, before the virtual assistant industry really had a name for itself. My first brand, Acumen Virtual Assistance, started with admin support and experimenting with this new thing called Facebook marketing. (Yep — I was running early social media campaigns before “boosting a post” was even a thing.)
Fast forward to today, and I run a lean, boutique-style operation working exclusively with startup founders and high-achieving solo entrepreneurs who need more than basic task support. 📍 You’ll get a personalized onboarding process, including a bonus one-hour kickoff call to do a full brain-dump.
📍 I’ll set up (or streamline) your project management system, whether that’s Trello, Asana, Monday, or ClickUp. If you’re not using one yet — I’ll get you there.
📍 We’ll meet weekly to prioritize, review, and move projects forward. In between, I’m working behind the scenes — updating systems, nudging things along, and keeping your operations humming.
